• Started new national business unit providing network protection and underground customer services
• $30 million budget , employed 500 workers within three years, operating in 11 states
• Realized 99.98% accuracy, 25% cost savings over previous vendor
• Partnered with Communication Workers and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers unions ultimately to create 1,000 new union jobs
• Started as Installation and Repair Technician, IBEW union member
